摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者合并淋巴结肿大(lymphadenopathy,LAP)临床很常见,提示SLE疾病活动。刘健教授通过中医辨证论治的方法,对系统性红斑狼疮合并淋巴结肿大进行治疗,认为脾肾亏虚是SLE的关键病机,病理关键是热毒炽盛,痰瘀阻络。临床治疗尤注重健脾益气,培后天之本,并根据疾病的演变配合滋阴、清热、化瘀、解毒之法,标本兼治,取得显著的临床疗效。Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)patients with lymphadenopathy(LAP)are very common in clinical practice,indicating the activity of SLE disease.Professor LIU Jian treated SLE with lymphadenopathy through the method of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.He believed that s pleen and kidney deficiency is the key patho-genesis of SLE,and the key pathological factors are the intense heat and toxicity,and phlegm and blood stasis blocking the collaterals.Clinical treatment pays special attention to strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi,cultivating the foundation of acquired constitution,and according to the evolution of the disease,the method of nourishing yin,clearing heat,removing blood stasis,and detoxifying is used to treat both the symptoms and the root causes,achieving significant clinical efficacy.
