摘　　要：周素芳教授认为代谢相关脂肪性肝病发生、进展的核心病机实则为脾虚痰瘀,脾虚痰瘀这一关键贯穿该病全过程。代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者多因嗜食肥甘厚腻之味致脾失健运、久坐懒动阳气失于伸展气血壅滞、气机不舒畅(或情志不畅致肝疏泄失职、肝气郁滞)等导致脾气虚弱、运化失职津聚痰凝、气机不展、凝而血瘀致脾虚痰瘀发为肝癖。在周教授临诊疗过程中,当以健脾开运、舒畅气机、化痰活血、泄浊利湿气为主要治疗要义,余随证治之。临床喜用自拟四君丹荷调脂颗粒进行化裁,疗效甚好。Professor ZHOU Sufang believes that the core pathogenesis of the occurrence and progression of metabolic-related fatty liver disease is actually spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis,which runs through the whole process of the disease.Most patients with metabolic-related fatty liver disease are due to their craving for fatty,sweet and greasy food,which leads to spleen dysfunction,long-term sitting and laziness,Yang Qi failure to stretch,Qi and blood stagnation,and Qi stagnation(or emotional depression leads to liver dysfunction,liver Qi stagnation),which leads to spleen weakness,dysfunction of transportation and transformation,fluid accumulation and phlegm stagnation,Qi dysfunction,stagnation and blood stasis,and spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis,which are liver problems.In Professor ZHOU's clinical diagnosis and treatment,the main treatment principles are to strengthen the spleen and promote the flow of Qi,relieve Qi,resolve phlegm and activate blood circulation,and eliminate turbidity and dampness.The rest is treated according to the symptoms.In clinical practice,he likes to use the self-made Sijun Danhe Tiaozhi Granules for modification,and the effect is very good.
