摘　　要：魏清琳教授从事临床工作30余年,临床经验丰富,对于老年性肌肉减少症的中医辨证诊治有独特的见解。魏教授认为,此病为老年退行性疾病,针对该类患者,应从先天、后天、外伤、痨虫等方面探究病因,从脾肾角度辨证,以阴阳为纲,提出补气、治虚、护本的针、药、灸综合干预新思路,兼顾预防调护患者饮食和功能训练。体现出早期辨证干预,预防治疗并重的一体化治疗思想,值得推广。Professor WEI Qinglin has been engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years and has rich clinical experience.He has unique insights into the diagnosis and treatment of sarcopenia in the elderly.Professor WEI believes that this disease is a degenerative disease in the elderly.For such patients,the etiology should be explored from the aspects of congenital,acquired,trauma,tuberculosis,etc.,and the syndrome should be differentiated from the spleen and kidney.Taking Yin and Yang as the main line,a new idea of comprehensive intervention of acupuncture,medicine and moxibustion is proposed to replenish Qi,treat deficiency and protect the root,taking into account the prevention and adjustment of patients'diet and functional training.It reflects the integrated treatment idea of early syndrome differentiation intervention,prevention and treatment,which is worth promoting.
