摘　　要：整理蒋涛主任治疗膝骨性关节炎过程中的经验。当今人口老龄化加剧,膝骨性关节炎患病率逐年上升,已成为老年人致残的重要原因,为降低膝骨性关节炎患者病痛,减轻患者经济负担,文章试图围绕蒋主任运用推髌调膝法结合针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎经验总结这一课题,在对该病中医学病因病机认识的基础上,着重以“筋骨并举,针推并重、治养并行”的治疗思想从经络、筋骨、气血等层面探讨了中医学理论及中医特色疗法治疗该病的可行性问题,从而更加有效地指导对该病的中医临床诊治,达到“理论有据,临床有验”的目的。通过文章的研究,得到以下主要结论:推髌调膝法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效较好,且理论体系完整,此诊疗经验值得进一步传承学习。并附验案一则,以供参合。This paper summarizes the experience of Director JIANG Tao in treating knee osteoarthritis.With the aging of the population,the prevalence of knee osteoarthritis has increased year by year,and it has become an important cause of disability in the elderly.In order to reduce the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis and reduce the economic burden of patients,this article attempts to summarize the experience of Director JIANG in treating knee osteoarthritis with the method of pushing the patella and adjusting the knee combined with acupuncture.On the basis of the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine,the article focuses on the treatment idea of“strengthening both tendons and bones,emphasizing both acupuncture and pushing,and treating and nourishing in parallel”to explore the feas ibility of treating the dis ease with traditional Chinese medicine theory and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies from the aspects of meridians,tendons and bones,Qi and blood,so as to more effectively guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine and achieve the goal of“theoretical evidence and clinical verification”.Through the research of this article,the following main conclusions are obtained:the method of pushing the patella and adjusting the knee has a good clinical effect in treating knee osteoarthritis,and the theoretical s ystem is complete.This diagnosis and treatment experience is worthy of further inheritance and study.A case is attached for reference.
