面部刮痧联合外敷氨甲环酸溶液治疗黄褐斑临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察面部刮痧联合外敷氨甲环酸溶液治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选取女性黄褐斑患者60例,随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组用氨甲环酸溶液外敷,观察组在对照组基础上行面部刮痧,2组患者的治疗时间均为12周。比较2组患者治疗前后皮损面积及颜色评分、皮肤病生活质量指数评分(DLQI)的变化以及对治疗效果的满意度。结果:2组患者治疗后皮损面积及颜色评分、DLQI评分较治疗前均降低,具有统计学差异;治疗后观察组的皮损面积颜色评分及DLQI评分显著低于对照组,具有统计学差异;对照组满意率明显低于观察组,具有统计学差异。结论:面部刮痧联合外敷氨甲环酸溶液治疗黄褐斑安全有效,患者的满意度较高。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of facial scraping combined with topical application of tranexamic acid solution in the treatment of chloasma.Methods:A total of 60 female patients with chloasma were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with topical application of tranexamic acid solution,and the observation group was treated with facial scraping on the basis of the control group.The treatment time of both groups was 12 weeks.The changes in skin lesion area and color score,dermatology life quality index score(DLQI)before and after treatment and satisfaction with the treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the skin lesion area and color score,and DLQI score of the two groups were reduced compared with those before treatment,with statistical differences;after treatment,the skin lesion area color score and DLQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences;the satisfaction rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,with statistical differences.Conclusion:Facial scraping combined with topical application of trane xamic acid solution is safe and effective in the treatment of chloasma,and patients have high satisfaction.
