摘  要:婴儿捂热综合征是常见的婴幼儿急危重症之一,该病起病急、病情重,以呼吸系统损害和心脏损害为多见,死亡率高、后遗症重。通过分析45例婴儿捂热综合征(IMS)的临床资料,发现患儿经降低体温、纠正缺氧、控制惊厥等治疗,同时采取有效的护理干预和健康教育,对疾病的康复起着重要的促进作用,可降低病死率、减少后遗症和预防IMS的发生。Infant fever syndrome is one of the common acute and critical diseases in infants and young children,with acute onset and severe disease,respiratory system damage and cardiac damage as the most common,high mortality rate and serious sequelae.By analyzing the clinical data of 45 cases of infantile fever syndrome(IMS),it was found that the treatment of children with hypothermia,correction of hypoxia,control of convulsions,and effective nursing intervention and health education played an important role in promoting the recovery of the disease,which could reduce the mortality rate,reduce sequelae and prevent the occurrence of IMS.
