摘　　要：目的:探讨血常规检验分析前采血标本质量控制的问题与应对策略。方法:实验选择于2023年1月开始并于2023年12月结束,取该期间行血常规检验患者作为观察样本,涉及样本量共计1200份,依据实施检验时间作为分组条件,将前600份作为对照组实施常规干预,将后600份作为观察组实施采血标本质量控制干预,对不同干预期间两组实验涉及数据指标进行统计归纳,观察结果差异表现。结果:观察组样本量不足、标本标记不清、送检超时、容器不合格、标本污染等质量控制问题总发生率低于对照组,条码未识别、溶血、凝血等血样标本不合格总发生率少于对照组,患者满意度数据呈现出较高数值,实施统计学分析获得P值均显示<0.05标准,有确切可比性。结论:采血标本质量控制在血常规检验分析前应用可提高血液样本质量,对改善检验准确性、降低误差率有积极作用,可为临床医疗提供血常规检验精准报告,为医疗事业发展打下坚实基础,值得推广应用。Objective:To discuss the problems and quality control of blood samples before routine analysis.Methods:The experiment started in January 2023 and ended in December 2023.Patients with routine blood test during the period were taken as the observation sample,involving a sample size of 1200.According to the test time as the group condition,the first 600 were implemented as the control group,and the last 600 were taken as the quality control intervention,and the data indicators involved in different intervention experiments were summarized,and the observation results were different.Results:observation group insufficient sample size,specimen mark,inspection timeout,unqualified container,specimen pollution quality control problems overall incidence less than the control group,barcode not identified,hemolysis,coagulation blood sample unqualified total incidence less than the control group,patient satisfaction data present high value,statistical analysis obtained P value shows<0.05 standard,exact comparability.Conclusion:The application of quality control of blood collection specimens before blood routine test analysis can improve the quality of blood samples,have a positive effect on improving the test accuracy and reducing the error rate.It can provide accurate report of blood routine test for clinical medical treatment,and lay a solid foundation for the development of medical cause,which is worthy of promotion and application.
