摘  要:从Mn^(2+)、Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)中选择性萃取分离Ni^(2+),可解决含有价金属的有害废弃物资源化利用的瓶颈问题。以Aliquat 336为改性剂,研究了Mextral 984H/Isononanoic acid/Aliquat 336协萃体系萃取、洗涤和反萃取平衡pH等温线。结果表明,在温度25℃,Aliquat 336体积分数为1%,萃取平衡pH=5.0条件下,Ni^(2+)的萃取率为96.3%;反萃取平衡pH=1.0时,Ni^(2+)的反萃取率为97.5%;改性剂Aliquat 336能显著提高羟肟/羧酸协萃体系对Ni^(2+)的反萃取动力学性能。通过三级逆流萃取、两级洗涤工艺试验得到的载镍有机相在O/A=10下,以150 g/L H_(2)SO_(4)反萃液进行三级反萃,富镍反萃液中Ni^(2+)含量达到30 g/L左右。Mextral 984H/Isononanoic acid协萃体系萃取镍的机理为离子交换反应,萃合物的结构可能为NiA_(2)(HL)_(2)。Selective extraction and separation of Ni^(2+)from Mn^(2+),Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)were found to be a bottleneck in the resource utilisation of hazardous wastes containing valuable metals.The extraction,washing,and stripping equilibrium pH isotherms of a synergistic extraction system consisting of Mextral 984H/Isononanoic acid were investigated using Aliquat 336 as a modifier.The results shows that at the temperature of 25℃,with a volume fraction of Aliquat 336 was 1% and the extraction equilibrium pH of 5.0,the extraction rate of Ni^(2+)was 96.3%.Under the condition of stripping equilibrium pH of 1.0,the stripping rate of Ni^(2+)reaches 97.5%.The modifier Aliquat 336 significantly improve the stripping kinetics of the Hydroxamic acid/carboxylic acid synergistic system for Ni^(2+).The nickel-loaded organic phase obtained by three-stage countercurrent extraction and two-stage scrubbing process was subjected to three-stage stripping with 150 g/L H_(2)SO_(4) at O/A=10,and the Ni^(2+)content in the nickel-rich stripping solution is about 30 g/L.The mechanism of Ni^(2+)extraction with Mextral 984H/Isononanoic acid synergistic extraction system is a ion-exchange reaction,and the structure of the Ni-complex is probably the NiA_(2)(HL)_(2).
