摘  要:分析芹菜素的抗癌效应及通过miRNA调控抗癌作用的研究进展。利用国内外文献数据库(Pubmed、CNKI知网、维普、万方),以“芹菜素”“miRNA调控机制”“抗癌作用”为关键词,检索2013-01-01-2024-07-31已发表的相关论文。纳入标准:正刊发表的文章,类同文献选择近5年;排除标准:会议交流或非正式刊物发表的信息。根据纳入排除标准,最终纳入57篇文献。文献结果表明,芹菜素是一种天然的具有多生物活性的黄酮类化合物,有多种生物药效功能,包括芹菜素具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、抗病毒和心血管保护作用,对20多种肿瘤有抗癌效应。综合芹菜素抗癌效应机制,包括分子生物信息通路有激活基因的转录因子、抑制血管生成、下调表皮生长因子受体功能、抗肿瘤诱发的炎症、细胞周期阻滞、细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤侵袭及转移等。芹菜素通过miRNA调控发挥抗癌效应涉及结肠癌细胞、胰腺癌、肺癌、肝癌、口腔癌、黑色素瘤、宫颈癌、胶质细胞、神经母细胞瘤等,主要机制是芹菜素促使某种miRNA上调或下调,改变细胞生物信息通路控制的下游靶标表达功能,发挥抗癌效应。目前已有研究采用纳米平台增加芹菜素水溶性,达到临床可以药用的溶解度标准,且miRNA相关的靶向药物进入临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期研究阶段。芹菜素为植物药中的一种提取成分,无毒性、对提高预防及临床抗肿瘤应用研究提供了新的契机。To analyze the anti-cancer effects of apigenin and the research progress on regulating anti-cancer effects through miRNA.Using domestic and foreign literature databases(PubMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang),relevant papers published from January 1,2013 to July 31,2024 were searched using keywords such as"apigenin","miRNA regulation mechanism",and"anti-cancer effect".Inclusion criteria:Articles published in the main journal batch number,with similar literature selected within the past 5 years.Exclusion criteria:Information exchanged in meetings or published in informal publications.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,57 articles were ultimately included.The literature results indicate that apigenin is a natural flavonoid compound with multiple biological activities,and has various biological pharmacological functions,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antibacterial,antiviral,and cardiovascular protective effects.It has anti-cancer effects on more than 20 types of tumors.The comprehensive anti-cancer mechanism of apigenin includes molecular biological information pathways such as activating transcription factors of genes,inhibiting angiogenesis,downregulating epidermal growth factor receptor function,anti-tumor induced inflammation,cell cycle arrest,cell apoptosis,and inhibiting tumor invasion and metastasis.The anti-cancer effect of apigenin through miRNA regulation involves colon cancer cells,pancreatic cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,oral cancer,melanoma,cervical cancer,glioma,neuroblastoma,etc.The main mechanism is that apigenin promotes the up or down regulation of certain miRNA,changes the downstream target expression function of cell biological information pathway control,and exerts anti-cancer effect.At present,research has adopted nano platforms to increase the water solubility of apigenin,achieving the solubility standard for clinical use,and miRNA related targeted drugs have entered the clinical phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ research stages.Apigenin is an extracted component from plant medicine,which is non-to
