致力于中国古农书搜访与农业文献专藏建设的图书馆人——以万国鼎、王毓瑚、梁家勉为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]农业类院校图书馆人对我国古代农业文献的搜集、入藏与保护做出了重要贡献,其工作经历与举措或可为图书馆学科专藏文献资源建设提供借鉴。[方法/过程]本文通过文献调查法,梳理万国鼎、王毓瑚、梁家勉在古农书搜访与农业文献专藏建设方面的事迹,分析其在搜集、整理、利用古代农业文献上的工作特色。[结果/结论]万国鼎重视史料占有,聚焦专题汇编;王毓瑚开创农书分类,注重“史以致用”;梁家勉践行“求书八法”,建设古农书专藏。文章对三位图书馆人在古农书搜访与校勘整理、建立图书馆农业文献专藏、创办农史研究机构等方面的贡献进行阐述,指出其成就由农业学科基础与图书馆人身份共同促成。[Purpose/significance]The librarians of agricultural colleges and universities have made important contributions to the collection,storage and protection of ancient agricultural literature in China.Their work experience and measures can provide reference for the construction of disciplinary and professional collections in libraries.[Method/process]This study analyzes the work characteristics of Wan Guoding,Wang Yuhu and Liang Jiamian in collecting,organizing,and utilizing ancient agricultural books and building agricultural collections.Among them,Wan Guoding attaches great importance to the collection of materials and focuses on thematic compilations;Wang Yuhu pioneered the classification of agricultural books and emphasized the application of historical materials;Liang Jiamian actively collected ancient books in 8 ways and built a collection of ancient agricultural books.[Result/conclusion]This study elaborates on the contributions of three librarians in the collection,organization,establishment of professional collections and establishment of agricultural history research institutions of ancient agricultural books,and proposes that their achievements are jointly promoted by the foundation of agricultural disciplines and the identity of librarians.
