摘　　要：智慧养老是未来养老的重要方向,经过近几年的发展,其概念和重要性已经被社会接受,但同时也面临着许多挑战。研究发现,当前中国智慧养老服务存在行业发展无统一标准,缺乏顶层设计;养老服务供需不匹配,适老化程度低;缺少专业复合型人才,服务质量不高;老年群体接受程度低,数字鸿沟明显等不足。社会工作依托价值理念及专业方法在解决这些问题上具有独特优势,通过政策倡导、资源整合、队伍建设和专业服务等方式,促进智慧养老服务体系健全、服务供给优化、服务质量提升,从而推动智慧养老服务的可持续发展和在地化建设。Smart elderly care is an important direction for future elderly care.After years of development,its concept and importance have been accepted by society,but it also faces many challenges.Research has found that there is currently a lack of unified industry standards and top-level design for smart elderly care services in China;The supply and demand of elderly care services are not matched,and the degree of adaptation to aging is low;Lack of professional and versatile talents,and low service quality;The elderly population has a low level of acceptance and a significant digital divide.Social work,relying on values and professional methods,has unique advantages in solving these problems.Through policy advocacy,resource integration,team building,and professional services,it promotes the improvement of the smart elderly care service system,optimization of service supply,and enhancement of service quality,thereby promoting the sustainable development and localization of smart elderly care services.
