摘  要:阿克苏温宿油田目的层段潜山组剥蚀面及石炭系段石灰岩、白云岩均存在裂隙及孔隙,钻井时经常发生地层漏失现象,固井时发生漏失水泥浆不能返出地面;目的层地层能量较大,油气浸严重,固井液密度窗口窄,施工压力、排量控制困难;软硬地层交互,井径不规则,影响顶替效率。前期固井二界面水泥胶结质量差,经过射孔、压裂后井筒环空出现窜水、出砂的现象。为提高二界面固井质量,对固井冲洗液体系外加剂进行了优选,构建了冲洗液体系配方;开展水泥外加剂的优选及室内对各种外加剂配伍性的实验,进行水泥石力学性能测试,通过室内配方实验及现场应用试验,持续完善优化水泥浆配方,建立了适合温宿油田地层的微膨胀增韧防窜水泥浆体系;为在固井中防漏及压稳地层,固井时优化施工参数,固井工艺上采用了免钻分级箍配合使用管外封隔器技术。经过研究形成了提高二界面固井质量技术,经过现场10口井的应用实践,固井质量合格率达100%,其中二界面优质率达94.60%,满足了油气开发的需要。The target formation of the Wensu Oilfield in Aksu,specifically the unconformity surface of the buried hill group and the Carboniferous limestone and dolomite sections,contains fractures and pores,leading to frequent formation losses during drilling.Leakage occurred during cementing and the cement slurry could not return to the surface.The target formation has high formation energy with severe oil and gas saturation,resulting in a narrow density window for cementing fluids,making pressure and displacement control difficult during operations.The alternating soft and hard formations cause irregular wellbore diameters,negatively affecting displacement efficiency.In previous cementing operations,the second interface cement bond quality was poor,leading to water channeling and sand production in the wellbore annulus after perforation and fracturing.To improve the second interface cementing quality,additives for the cement wash fluid system were optimized,and a formulation for the wash fluid system was developed.A series of laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate and optimize the compatibility of various cement additives,and mechanical properties of the cement stone were tested.Through laboratory formulation experiments and field application trials,the cement slurry formulation was continuously improved and optimized,leading to the development of a micro-expansion toughening anti-channeling cement slurry system suitable for the Wensu Oilfield formation.To prevent losses and stabilize the formation during cementing,the operational parameters were optimized,and a no-drill stage collar technology was used in conjunction with external casing packers.Through research and field applications in 10 wells,this technology improved the second interface cement bond quality,achieving a cementing quality pass rate of 100%and a second interface bond quality excellence rate of over 94.6%,meeting the requirements for oil and gas development。
