摘 要:渤海油田勘探开发逐渐向中深层迈进,但中深部地层岩石硬度大、研磨性强、可钻性差,导致机械钻速低,黏滑效应明显,严重影响钻井时效。针对上述问题,研发了轴向冲击提速器,通过将钻井液能量转换为高频振动的轴向冲击力,直接作用在钻头上产生高频脉冲钻压,提高破岩效率。利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,模拟排量25~40 L/s条件下,冲击频率在7~13Hz范围内,冲击力在4000~7000 N范围内。对244轴向冲击提速器的抗拉能力进行分析,极限屈服强度下最大抗拉负载可达781 t,样机室内评价流量与冲击频率冲击强度关系,实验结果与模拟结果相符合,现场应用过程中,机械钻速提高18.7%,黏滑效应明显改善,该工具可有效解决中深层地层破岩效率低的问题,为渤海油田中深层高效开发提供技术支持。The exploration and development of Bohai oil field is gradually moving towards the middle and deep layers,but the rocks in the middle and deep layers have high hardness,strong abrasiveness and poor drillability,resulting in low mechanical drilling rate and obvious stickslip effect,which seriously affect the drilling time efficiency.In view of the above problems,this paper developed an axial impact speed-boosting device.By converting the drilling fluid energy into the axial impact force of high-frequency vibration,it directly acted on the bit to produce high-frequency pulse weight,so as to improve the rock breaking efficiency.The finite element analysis was carried out with ANSYS software,and the impact frequency was in the range of 7~13 Hz and the impact frequency was in the range of 4000~7000 N under the simulated displacement of 25~40 L/s.The tensile capacity of 244 axial impact speedster was analyzed,and the maximum tensile load under the ultimate yield strength was up to 781 t.The relationship between the evaluated flow rate and impact frequency impact strength in the prototype room was found to be consistent with the simulation results.In the field application process,the rate of penetration is increased by 18.7%,and the stickslip effect is significantly improved.The tool can effectively solve the problem of low rock breaking efficiency in the middle and deep strata,and provide technical support for the efficient development of the middle and deep strata in Bohai oilfield.
