海上油田腐蚀管柱打捞工艺探究

摘  要:海上油田储层流体矿化度高,部分区块腐蚀性流体含量高,生产管柱长期处于高矿化度、高腐蚀性环境,管柱腐蚀穿孔、断裂情况时有发生,且随着海上油气开发力度的加大,生产周期的延长,增油措施频繁实施,使井下管柱经受高温、高压及生物作用,导致井下管柱发生腐蚀、断裂的现象加剧,严重时可能造成油水井停产、停注。针对上述问题,剖析了海上油田常见管柱的腐蚀机理,分析了腐蚀管柱的打捞难点,研制了5种腐蚀管柱高效打捞工具,根据管柱腐蚀程度特点,形成了3种腐蚀管柱打捞工艺技术,解决了海上油田腐蚀管柱打捞效率低的问题。该技术不仅适用于海上油田,对陆地油田腐蚀管柱打捞也具有指导意义。The reservoir fluid of offshore oil field has high salinity and corrosive fluid content in some blocks.The production pipe string has been in high salinity and corrosive environment for a long time,and the corrosion perforation and fracture of pipe string often occur.Moreover,with the increase of offshore oil and gas development,the extension of production cycle,and the frequent implementation of oil increase measures,the downhole pipe string is subjected to high temperature,high pressure and biological effects,resulting in the deterioration of the corrosion and fracture of the downhole pipe string,which seriously causes the oil and water well to stop production and injection.In view of the above problems,the corrosion mechanism of common corroded pipe strings in offshore oil fields was studied,and the difficulties in fishing corroded pipe strings were analyzed,and five kinds of efficient fishing tools for corroded pipe strings were developed.According to the characteristics of corroded pipe strings,three kinds of fishing technology for corroded pipe strings were formed,which solved the problem of low efficiency in fishing corroded pipe strings in offshore oil fields.This technique is not only applicable to offshore oil field,but also has guiding significance for the salvage of corroded pipe string in land oil field.
