摘　　要：文章主要介绍了中国渔业保险制度、日本渔业保险制度的发展背景与制度优势,分析了中日渔业保险制度的区别,借鉴日本保险制度,提出了中国渔业保险制度发展建议,包括提高政策扶持力度、建立健全相关法律法规、加速提升人才队伍培养、加强渔业保险行业监管部门的监管力度等四项措施,对于中国现存的渔业保险制度的改进具有借鉴意义。This paper mainly introduces the development background and institutional advantages of China’s fishery insurance system and Japan’s fishery insurance system,analyzes the differences between China and Japan’s fisher-y insurance system,draws lessons from the Japanese insurance system,and puts forward suggestions for the devel-opment of China’s fishery insurance system.Four measures,including improving policy support,establishing and improving relevant laws and regulations,accelerating the cultivation of talents,and strengthening the supervision of fishery insurance industry supervision departments,have reference significance for the improvement of China’s ex-isting fishery insurance system.
