摘  要:文章探讨了在产教融合背景下,水族科学与技术专业“课赛创”人才培养机制问题,指出了目前“课赛创”存在的专业课程体系完善度和系统性不够、三者相互脱节、教育主体单一、学生参与动机各异、师资力量和“双师”型教师培养不足等问题。为实现培养具备创新创业能力的人才目标,提出了重构课程内容体系、探索教学模式、创新校企合作机制、组建“课赛创”团队、依托思政教育和课程思政、汇聚各高校、研究所和企业资源、改革课程成绩考评等改革策略与建议,可供有关技术专业教学人员在实际教学工作中参考。This paper discusses the problems of the talent training mechanism of"course competition creation"for aquarium science and technology major under the background of the integration of production and education,and points out the problems of the perfection and systematization of the professional curriculum system of"course com-petition creation",the disconnection between the three,the single education subject,the different motivation of students to participate,the shortage of teachers and the training of"double teachers".In order to achieve the goal of cultivating talents with innovation and entrepreneurship ability,the reform strategies and suggestions are put for-ward,such as restructuring the curriculum content system,exploring the teaching mode,innovating the school-en-terprise cooperation mechanism,setting up the"curriculum competition and creation"team,relying on ideological and political education and curriculum ideology and politics,gathering the resources of universities,research insti-tutes and enterprises,and reforming the course performance evaluation.It can be used as a reference for teaching staff of relevant technical majors in practical teaching work.
