摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(Lnc RNA)是一组转录物长度超过200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,在多个层面调控基因表达发挥生物学作用。核富集高丰度转录物1(NEAT1)是近年来发现的与代谢性及炎症性疾病密切相关的Lnc RNA。NEAT1在糖尿病微血管并发症(DMC)发展过程中有重要作用,通过参与炎症、纤维化、系膜增殖、上皮-间质转化、自噬障碍、血管增生、线粒体功能障碍、氧化应激和免疫细胞浸润等病理过程促进DKD、DR及糖尿病心肌病的发生发展。本文主要综述NEAT1在DMC(尤其是DKD)发病过程中的作用,讨论NEAT1参与DMC的多种病理过程。Long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)is a group of non-coding RNA with transcript lengths exceeding 200 nucleotides,and they play biological roles by regulating gene expression at multiple levels.Nuclear-enriched abundant transcript 1(NEAT1)is an LncRNA,and recent studies showed a close association between NEAT1 and metabolic and inflammatory diseases.NEAT1 plays a crucial role in the development of diabetic microvascular complications(DMC)by promoting the occurrence and progression of diabetic kidney disease,diabetic retinopathy,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and diabetic cardiomyopathy through its involvement in pathological processes such as inflammation,fibrosis,mesangial cell proliferation,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,autophagy impairment,vascular proliferation,mitochondrial dysfunction,oxidative stress,and immune cell infiltration.This article mainly summarizes the role of NEAT1 in the pathogenesis of DMC(especially DKD),and discusses NEAT1's participation in various pathological processes of DMC.
