摘 要:特种畜禽是指除传统畜禽外的畜禽,是畜牧业生产的重要补充,包括梅花鹿、马鹿、驯鹿等16种。特种畜禽面临养殖规模小、标准化程度低、水平不一、产业体系不完善等问题,种群系谱不明阻碍其种业发展。对微卫星分子遗传标记的结构特点和遗传特性进行总结,阐述了微卫星在不同动物亲权鉴定中的应用,并对微卫星分子标记技术在特种畜禽亲权鉴定中的应用前景进行展望,以期为特种畜禽种业健康、快速发展提供指导。The term“special livestock and poultry”refers to non-traditional species,which play a crucial role in supplementing traditional livestock and poultry production.This category encompasses 16 species such as sika deer,red deer and reindeer.However,the special livestock and poultry breeding industry faces challenges including small-scale breeding,low standardization,uneven breeding levels and an incomplete industrial system compared to traditional livestock and poultry.The lack of pedigree clarity significantly hinders the development of this industry in China.This paper primarily introduces the structural features and genetic characteristics of microsatellite molecular genetic markers,and details their application in paternity identification across different animal species.Furthermore,it explores the potential of microsatellite molecular marker technology for paternity identification within the special livestock and poultry sector with the goal of fostering its healthy and rapid development.
