摘　　要：包皮系带是阴茎包皮与龟头腹侧之间的桥接结构,具有高度敏感且脆弱的特点,系带病变易引起男性生殖器不适,严重影响患者的生殖健康。包皮系带整形术是一种安全、简单的外科手术,目前广泛用于治疗包皮系带过短引起的皮肤型阴茎下曲、早泄以及尿道下裂系带重建修复,通常包括系带延长术、系带重建术等诸多术式。该文对包皮系带解剖结构、生理作用、胚胎发育过程等方面进行总结,并对包皮系带整形术的适应证及手术方式进行阐述,为临床工作提供了一定参考。The frenulum is a bridge structure between the prepuce and the ventral side of glans,which is highly sensitive and fragile.Lesions of frenulum are easy to cause male genital discomfort,negatively affecting their reproductive health.The plastic operation of frenulum is a safe and simple surgery.At present,it is widely used to treat skin-type downward curvature of penis and premature ejaculation caused by short frenulum and in frenulum reconstruction of hypospadias,including frenuloplasty,frenulum reconstruction and many other surgical method.This article summarizes the anatomy,physiology and embryonic development of frenulum.In addition,it reviews the indications and method of frenulum plastic surgery,with a purpose to providing references for future clinical work.
