惯习生成:对社区志愿者自我动员机制的研究

摘　　要：中国的志愿服务动员呈现出“国家动员”和“社会化动员”两种逻辑,但是这两种动员逻辑尚不能解释志愿者主动和持续地开展社区志愿服务的动机。本文通过对T市H区社区志愿服务的个案研究,发现志愿者“自我动员”的主体动员机制是保证社区志愿服务可持续发展的关键要素。正是因为这种志愿者的“自我动员”,社区志愿者才从被动员、被志愿转化为自愿、利他和具有奉献精神。而志愿者的“自我动员”机制又依赖于“志愿者惯习”的长期生成。The academic community generally believes that China's volunteer service mobilization manifests in two logics:“state mobilization”and“social mobilization.”However,these two mobilization logics still fail to explain why some people are willing to engage in community volunteer services actively and continuously.Through the case study of community volunteer service in District H of City T,this paper points out from the perspective of practice theory that the self-mobilization mechanism of volunteers is a key element in ensuring the sustainable development of community volunteer services.It is precisely because of this“self-mobilization”that community volunteers transform from being mobilized and volunteered to volunteering willingly,altruistically,and with a spirit of dedication.Moreover,the“self-mobilization”mechanism of volunteers relies on the long-term formation of“volunteer habitus.”Therefore,how to stimulate and maintain the“volunteer habitus”is the core element of China's volunteer service mobilization.
