生育动员为何遇冷?——社交媒体中生育话语的“利益诉求”与“情感表达”研究  

What Contributes to the Suboptimal Effectiveness of Fertility Mobilization?A Study of“Interest Appeals”and“Emotional Expressions”in Fertility Discourse on Social Media

摘　　要：为了洞悉生育动员遇冷的真实原因,该研究借助语义网络分析法、Snownlp情感分析及情感类型判断法,从话语和情绪入手,对微博中2021年6月30日至2023年6月30日期间,有关生育话题的128万字微博正文和25万条微博评论进行分析。研究显示:生育议题聚焦四大主题,“性别平等”主题呈现女性权益诉求、“经济压力”主题呈现生存利益诉求、“政策对比”主题呈现生育支持诉求、“家庭支持”主题呈现照顾关爱诉求。网民的利益诉求与“贬责与失望”、“烦闷与恐慌”、“愤怒与惊奇”等负面情绪共振,表现出极强的恐育情绪,唯有“家庭支持”主题呈现正面幸福情感。多元主体的角色期待冲突、动员视角与经验视角的冲突以及社会变迁造就的多维冲突,是隐藏于“恐育”话语背后生育动员遇冷的真正原因。This study examines the underlying causes of the suboptimal effectiveness of fertility mobilization using semantic network analysis,Snownlp sentiment analysis,and sentiment type classification.It analyzes discourse and emotional responses to fertility topics on Weibo,focusing on 1.28 million words of posts and 250,000 comments from June 30,2021,to June 30,2023.The findings reveal four key themes in fertility discourse:a“Gender Equality”theme,which advocates for women's rights;an“Economic Pressure”theme,which reflects appeals related to survival interests;a“Policy Comparison”theme,which demands reproductive support;and a“Family Support”theme,which underscores the importance of caregiving and emotional assistance.Netizens'appeals are often associated with negative emotions,such as“disparagement and disappointment,”“frustration and panic,”and“anger and surprise”indicating widespread anxiety about childbirth.Notably,only the“Family Support”theme conveys positive emotions like happiness.The suboptimal effectiveness of fertility mobilization is rooted in conflicts among stakeholders'expectations,the gap between mobilization perspectives and personal experiences,and the tensions arising from social change.These issues are largely obscured by the discourse of“fear of childbirth.”
