论中国式现代化话语体系及其构建——基于发展哲学的视角

摘　　要：中国的强大必然包含着中国式现代化话语权的强大。作为一门从整体上研究现代社会发展的“部门哲学”,发展哲学主要关注现代化实践、现代化理论和现代化话语等三大问题。所谓现代化话语,是指围绕现代化这一核心概念而建构起来的具有相互关联的话语体系。中国式现代化话语是对中国式现代化之实践论、认识论、价值论、方法论等的系统言说及文字表述。从语言学或符号学的角度看,中国式现代化话语是一个由各种符号、修辞、寓意等要素构成的庞大的现代化话语系统,大体上由学术性话语、政治性话语、大众性话语、实践性话语等构成。新时代党的中心任务的确立,全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业的实践需要,现代化的理论观念成为主流社会观念的现实,以及国际社会在发展方面的激烈竞争等,是构建中国式现代化话语的强大动因。构建并研究中国式现代化话语体系在理论和实践方面均具有十分重要的意义。The global rise of China calls for a discourse system of modernization,especially one reflecting Chinese values and perspectives.Development philosophy,which examines the comprehensive evolution of modern society,addresses three core themes:the practice,the concept,and the discourse of modernization.The discourse of modernization encompasses a systematic collection of interrelated expressions that revolve around the core theme of modernization,including theoretical,epistemological,ethical,methodological,and communicative aspects.Chinese modernization discourse articulates China's approach to modernization,which is rooted in traditional values while meeting contemporary needs.From a linguistic and semiotic viewpoint,it represents a rich tapestry of symbols,rhetoric,and moral elements woven together around“modernization”.This discourse system comprises academic,political,popular,and practical discourses,among others.The drive to establish the central task of the Communist Party of China in the new era,to promote to build a great modern socialist country and advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts,and to contend in global competitions necessitates a solid foundation for Chinese modernization discourse.Developing and studying this discourse has both theoretical and practical implications,providing insights into modernization pathways that align with China's cultural and social realities.
