基于COOC的中医优势病种研究知识可视化分析

摘　　要：基于中国知网收录的文献数据,借助文献计量软件COOC 14.5对采集的文献数据进行去重、清洗,对发文时间、核心作者、研究机构进行描述性统计,对关键词进行频次分析、共现-聚类分析,分析其演化趋势。分析结果表明,2013年1月—2022年12月中医优势病种的发文量和发文累积量基本呈逐年递增趋势,尤其是从2021年开始,文章数量快速增长;关于中医优势病种研究中作者合作率和合作度都较低,作者合作有待提升;研发机构充分发挥机构和高校的研究力量;研究热点主要集中在支付方式改革、中医药服务、中医护理方案、中医药适宜技术方面,其中支付方式改革、中医药服务将是未来几年的研究热点。Based on the literature data collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),the collected literature data was deduplicated and cleaned using the bibliometric software COOC 14.5.Descriptive statistics were conducted on the publication time,core authors,and research institutions.Frequency analysis and co-occurrence cluster analysis were conducted on keywords to analyze their evolutionary trends.The analysis results show that from January 2013 to December 2022,the number of articles published and the cumulative number of articles published for the advantageous diseases of traditional Chinese medicine showed a basic trend of increasing year by year,especially since 2021,the number of articles has rapidly increased.The cooperation rate and degree of authors in the study of advantageous diseases in traditional Chinese medicine are relatively low,and the cooperation between authors needs to be improved.R&D institutions fully leverage the research capabilities of institutions and universities.The research hotspots mainly focus on the reform of payment methods,traditional Chinese medicine services,traditional Chinese medicine nursing plans,and appropriate technologies for traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the reform of payment methods and traditional Chinese medicine services will be research hotspots in the coming years.
