摘　　要：目的探讨同质化护理培训实施前后护理人员对中医知识技能的掌握情况及不寐患者的护理效果。方法对赣南医学院第一附属医院康复中医科护理人员实施同质化中医护理培训,比较培训前后护理人员的中医护理理论、中医护理技能考核成绩。同期随机选择实施同质化中医护理培训前后各50例不寐患者作为研究对象,比较2组患者睡眠质量及护理满意度。结果同质化护理培训后护理人员每季度的中医护理理论、中医操作技能考核成绩均高于实施前(P<0.05);同质化护理培训后患者睡眠质量评分较实施前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后患者满意度高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同质化中医护理培训能有效提高护理人员的中医护理技术水平,有利于改善不寐患者睡眠质量,促进中医护理质量的提高。Objective To explore the nursing staff's mastery of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)knowledge and skills before and after the implementation of standardized nursing training and the effectiveness of care for the insomnia patients.Methods A standardized TCM nursing training group was set up in department of rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine of The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University to implement standardized TCM nursing training.The TCM nursing theory and skills assessment scores of nursing staff before the implementation of standardized TCM nursing training was compared.Fifty insomnia patients before and after the implementation of standardized TCM nursing training were randomly selected as study subjects to compare the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After the implementation of standardized nursing training,the nursing staff's quarterly score of TCM nursing theory and skills were higher than before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation,The sleep quality score of patients was lower than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,patient's satisfaction was higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized TCM nursing training can effectively improve the TCM nursing skills of nursing staff,improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients and promote the quality of TCM nursing.
