清瘀益气方治疗冠心病合并高血压临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究清瘀益气方对冠心病合并高血压患者的影响。方法选取2021年10月—2023年1月南京中医药大学附属盐城中医院收治的冠心病合并高血压患者184例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组92例和对照组92例。对照组给予奥美沙坦酯氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予清瘀益气方联合奥美沙坦酯氨氯地平治疗。比较2组血压指标[舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、脉压]、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组SBP、DBP、脉压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后未出现明显不良反应。结论清瘀益气方联合奥美沙坦酯氨氯地平治疗冠心病合并高血压具有较好的临床疗效,可改善血压,且无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Qingyu Yiqi recipe on coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 184 patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease admitted to Yancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group of 92 cases and treatment group of 92 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with olmesartan medoxomil/amlodipine,and the treatment group was treated with Qingyu Yiqi recipe combined with olmesartan medoxomil/amlodipine.The blood pressure indexes[diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),pulse pressure],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the SBP,DBP and pulse pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction after treatment.Conclusion Qingyu Yiqi recipe combined with olmesartan medoxomil/amlodipine has a good clinical effect in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease,can improve the blood pressure index,and has no obvious side effects.
