乳泰丸治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乳泰丸治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法将2022年1月—2022年12月在开封市人民医院就诊的120例乳腺增生患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组用乳康片治疗,观察组用乳泰丸治疗,连续治疗3个疗程。治疗后评估2组患者临床疗效、乳房疼痛评分、肿块大小、肿块硬度、肿块范围、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组较对照组临床疗效佳,乳房疼痛NRS评分、肿块大小、肿块硬度、肿块范围等方面降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳泰丸治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生安全有效,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Rutai pill in treating breast hyperplasia of liver depression and phlegm coagulation type.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast hyperplasia who were treated in Kaifeng People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rukang tablet and the observation group was treated with Rutai pill for 3 consecutive courses.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,breast pain score,lump size,lump hardness,lump scope and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were evaluated.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the NRS score,lump size,lump hardness and lump range of breast pain were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Rutai pill is safe and effective in the treatment of breast hyperplasia of liver depression and phlegm coagulation type,and is worth popularizing.
