摘　　要：月经后期是一种常见月经病,临床治疗难度较大,患者身心常受到严重影响。月经后期常见证型为血虚证、血瘀证、肾虚证、血寒证等。李应存教授认为月经后期患者多为气血亏虚伴瘀血阻滞,治疗上以化瘀通滞祛邪,益气补血活血为主,并提出敦煌化瘀调气血法,将敦煌下瘀血汤方、治产后腹痛方和疗风虚瘦弱方合用,以补虚为要,又兼化瘀祛邪以调畅气机,标本兼顾,攻补兼施,临床疗效显著。文章总结李教授诊治月经后期经验,并附验案1则,以期为临床治疗提供借鉴。The delayed menstruation is a common menstrual disease,and the clinical treatment is difficult,which seriously affects the body and mind of patients.The common witness types of late menstruation are blood deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency syndrome,blood cold syndrome,etc.Professor Li Yingcun believes that the patients in the later period of menstruation are mostly qi and blood deficiency with blood stasis block,and the treatment is mainly to remove blood stasis and remove evil,supplementing blood and promoting blood circulation and put forward Dunhuang dispersing blood stasis and regulate qi and blood,which combined with Dunhuang Xiayuxue decoction,postpartum abdominal pain prescription and wind deficiency thin weak prescription to supplement deficiency,and also to remove blood stasis and remove evil to regulate qi mechanism,taking into account manifestation and root cause,reinforcement and elimination in combination,the clinical effect is significant.This article summarized Professor Li's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of delayed menstruation,and attached a case to provide reference for clinical treatment.
