摘　　要：肛门湿疹是较为常见的炎症性皮肤病,其病情易反复,极大地影响了患者日常生活。方宗武主任医师诊治该病时,注重内外二因及病证虚实,同时实行分期治疗,其根据多年临床经验,自拟除湿止痒洗方外用坐浴,并将此方作为基础方,结合患者证型及病情所处阶段,加减配方组分与用量,进行个体化治疗,疗效较为显著。此文对方主任运用除湿止痒洗方治疗肛门湿疹的经验进行总结,以加强对中医药疗法的传承。Anal eczema is one of the common inflammatory skin diseases,with high recurrence,and it has greatly affected the daily life of patients.In the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,Chief Physician Fang Zongwu pays attention to the internal and external causes,deficiency and excess of the syndrome,and implements staged treatment at the same time.According to his many years of clinical experience,he makes Chushi Zhiyang washing prescription for external hip bath,and takes this formula as the basic prescription.On the basis of syndrome types and stages of the disease,components and dosage of the prescription are adjusted for individualized treatment,which has achieved significant curative effect.This article summarized the Chief Physician Fang Zongwu's experience in the treatment of anal eczema with Chushi Zhiyang washing prescription in order to strengthen the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.
