血管源性眩晕中医证型与全脑血管造影相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血管源性眩晕患者中医证型与全脑血管造影血管病变结果相关性。方法纳入武汉市第一医院2023年8月—2023年11月接受脑血管造影的血管源性眩晕患者共134例,回顾性分析研究对象的一般资料、中医证型和全脑血管造影血管病变结果。结果血管源性眩晕患者的后循环血管狭窄程度和病变支数与中医证型存在相关性(P<0.05),痰浊内蕴证和瘀血阻络证患者更常见严重的血管狭窄,痰浊内蕴证和肝阳上亢证常见较多的病变血管支数。结论血管源性眩晕患者中医证型与全脑血管造影血管病变结果存在相关性,中医辨证对血管源性眩晕患者的诊疗及预防具有一定临床意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between TCM syndrome type and vascular lesions on digital subtraction angiography in vasogenic vertigo patients.Methods A total of 134 cases of vasogenic vertigo patients with digital subtraction angiography from August 2023 to November 2023 were included in Wuhan First Hospital,including the general data,TCM syndrome types and vascular lesion results of digital subtraction angiography.Results The degree of vascular stenosis and the number of lesions in patients with vasogenic vertigo were different from those of TCM syndromes(P<0.05),and severe vascular stenosis was more common in patients with phlegm turbidity type and blood stasis obstruction type,and more lesions vascular were common in phlegm turbidity type and hyperactivity of liver yang type.Conclusion There is a correlation between the TCM syndrome type and the results of vascular lesions on digital subtraction angiography in patients with vascular vertigo,and TCM syndrome differentiation has a certain clinical significance in the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of vascular vertigo patients.
