摘　　要：目的观察肾衰1号方联合瑶药灌肠方治疗慢性肾衰的临床效果。方法将2019年6月—2023年1月广西中医药大学第三附属医院柳州市中医医院收治100例慢性肾衰患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用肾衰1号方口服,同时采用瑶药灌肠方结肠透析治疗,2组均连续治疗8周。比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医症状积分,血肌酐、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾衰1号方联合瑶药灌肠方治疗慢性肾衰疗效确定,可减轻患者症状,改善肾功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenshuai No.1 prescription combined with Yao medicine enema prescription in treating chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to January 2023 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given basic Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given oral treatment of Shenshuai No.1 prescription on the basis of the control group,and colon dialysis treatment with Yao medicine enema prescription.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and the levels of blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and C-reactive protein in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenshuai No.1 prescription combined with Yao medicine enema prescription in treating chronic kidney disease has definite effect,can reduce the symptoms of patients and improve kidney function.
