脐针对急性肾绞痛镇痛疗效及PGE2水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脐针疗法在肾绞痛镇痛中的效果及其对前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响,探究潜在的镇痛机制。方法将60例急性肾绞痛患者随机分为脐针组和对照组,每组30例。脐针组接受“山泽通气”脐针疗法治疗,对照组则通过静脉滴注氟比洛芬酯注射液进行治疗。比较2组在治疗前及治疗后即刻、0.5 h、1 h和2 h的视觉模拟(VAS)评分,并评估疗效及PGE2水平变化。结果脐针组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),脐针组的镇痛效果起效更快(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PGE2显著降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脐针“山泽通气”疗法治疗肾绞痛疗效确切,能快速缓解疼痛,且显著降低PGE2水平。Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of umbilical acupuncture in treating renal colic and its influence on PGE_2,thereby exploring potential analgesic mechanisms.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute renal colic were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an umbilical acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.The umbilical acupuncture group was treated with the“Shanze Tongqi”umbilical acupuncture,while the control group was treated with intravenous infusion of flurbiprofen axetil.The Visual Analogue Scale scores were observed before treatment and immediately after treatment,as well as at 0.5 hours,1 hour,and 2 hours post treatment.The therapeutic effects before and after treatment were evaluated,and the levels of PGE_2 before and after treatment were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of umbilical acupuncture group was better than that of control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score showed that the analgesic effect of umbilical acupuncture group was faster(P<0.05).PGE_2 decreased significantly after treatment in 2 groups,but there was no statistical significance between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The“Shanze Tongqi”umbilical acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on renal colic,can quickly alleviate pain,and significantly reduces the value of PGE_2.
