摘　　要：此文主要从心与肺、脾、肝及肾的相关性探讨心在阳痿治疗过程中的重要地位,以及其失调导致各个脏腑功能紊乱从而引发勃起功能障碍的机制,进一步概括出养心肺、理心脾、调心肝、交心肾4个治法及临床常用方药和加减应用,体现临床从心论治阳痿可行,心为“君主之官”理论、“主明则下安”观点在临床诊疗中进一步得到重视,对临床治疗阳痿提供一定的指导价值。In this paper,the correlation between the heart and the lungs,spleen,liver and kidneys was explored to determine the importance of the heart in the process of impotence,as well as its dysfunction leading to the dysfunction of various internal organs and thus triggering the mechanism of erectile dysfunction,and further summarized the four treatments of nourishing the heart and lungs,regulating the heart and spleen,regulating the heart and liver,and interchanging the heart and kidneys and the application of the commonly used clinical formulas and additions and subtractions to show that it is feasible to treat impotence in clinical treatment of impotence,which makes the heart as the theory of the“official organ of the monarchy”and the“calming heart leading to peace”viewpoints in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of impotence was further emphasized,and the treatment of impotence in clinical treatment offers a certain value as a guide.
