摘　　要：三才封髓丹是阳中求阴的代表方剂,其具有培土生金、金水相生的特点,药简而精,开创了通过调理三焦滋养肾精的思路。导师叶文彬基于异病同治思想,结合闽南地域饮食、气候特点,重视从望诊、腹诊辨阴阳,从四诊信息提炼六经特点,归纳三才封髓丹的方证要点,以该方加味治疗多种内科疑难杂症,屡收良效。笔者通过介绍加味三才封髓丹的方证要点,并整理叶师临床应用加味三才封髓丹临床验案三则,以期为临床实践提供参考。Sancai Fengsui mini-pill is a representative prescription for yin in yang,with the characteristics of soil cultivation and gold production,gold and water phase.It is simple and refined.It has created the idea of nourishing kidney essence through regulating triple energizer,and is often used in clinical flavor.Based on the idea of treating different diseases with the same treatment,combined with the regional diet and climate characteristics of southern Fujian,the teacher paid attention to the differentiation of yin and yang from the observation and abdominal diagnosis,extracted the characteristics of the six channels from the information of the four diagnoses,summarized the main points of the prescription and syndrome of Sancai Fengsui mini-pill,and treated a variety of difficult internal diseases with this prescription and modification,and achieved good results repeatedly.The author introduced the main points of prescription and syndrome of modified Sancai Fengsui mini-pill,and sorted out three medical cases of clinical application of modified Sancai Fengsui mini-pill by tutors in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
