摘　　要：基于痛风、脾胃、肠道菌群三者之间的相关性,以中医理论为依据,从肠道菌群的角度出发,探讨从脾胃论治痛风。脾胃与肠道菌群的生理病理相通,脾胃纳运和升清降浊的功能,与肠道菌群积极参与食物的消化,并通过门静脉和体循环吸收营养,参与宿主的生命活动相似。肠道菌群失调,营养物质代谢吸收障碍,有害产物增加,从而影响胃肠功能,导致脾胃失运,生化无源。此研究旨在以调节肠道微生态为靶点,探讨从脾胃论治痛风的作用机制,为痛风的治疗提供新思路。Based on the correlation among gout,spleen and stomach and intestinal flora,this paper discussed the treatment of gout from the perspective of intestinal flora based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The physiopathology of the spleen and stomach and intestinal flora are similar,and the functions of the spleen and stomach in transporting and raising and lowering the clearness and turbidity are similar to the active participation of intestinal flora in the digestion of food and the absorption of nutrients through the portal vein and body circulation,and the participation in the life activities of the host.If the intestinal flora is dysregulated,the metabolism and absorption of nutrients will be impaired and harmful products will increase,thus affecting the gastrointestinal function and leading to the loss of spleen and stomach transportation and biochemical sources.The aim of this study is to investigate the mechanism of gout treatment from the spleen and stomach theory by regulating the intestinal microecology as the therapeutic target,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of gout.
