摘　　要：四川素有“中医之乡,中药之库”的美誉,自古名医辈出,各有精专。《四川名家经方实验录》载四川近代中医名家运用经方治疗咳喘验案数例,方证紧扣,效如桴鼓,所载医案资料完整,方证记录齐全。此文旨在对《四川名家经方实验录》记载的咳喘医案进行分析总结,探析急性咳喘同病异治的一般规律与用药特色,传承名医经验,指导临床实践。Sichuan has been known as“the home of traditional Chinese medicine,the library of Chinese medicine”,since ancient times,there are many famous doctors,each with their own specialties.The cases of cough and asthma contained in Sichuan Mingjia Jingfang Shiyanlu are all effective cases of famous masters of traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan.The medical records are complete and the prescription records are complete.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and summarize the cough and asthma medical cases recorded in Sichuan Mingjia Jingfang Shiyanlu,explores the general rules and drug characteristics of acute cough and asthma treatment of the same disease,inherits the experience of famous doctors,and guides clinical practice.
