宁痹保肾汤治疗高尿酸血症肾病研究进展

摘　　要：高尿酸血症肾病是一类由于嘌呤代谢紊乱导致肾损伤的疾病,发病率较高,若不及时治疗将会导致肾衰竭,危及生命。泰安市中医医院肾病科赵平主任,根据临床用药经验及探索,自拟宁痹保肾汤。全方健运脾肾以扶正、清热通络化湿以祛邪。此文将宁痹保肾汤药味按治法分药队,通过阐述药味降低尿酸、保护肾脏的作用及机制,以期为临床中药组方治疗高尿酸血症肾病提供思路。Hyperuricemic nephropahy ia kind of kidney injury eused by purine metabolism disorder,the ineidenee is high,if not treated in time will lead to kidney failure,life-threatening Zhao Ping,Director of nephrology department of Taian Hopital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,according to elinical experiene and explorationmade Ningbi Baoshen deeoction.The preseriptionmovesspleenand kidneylostrenghen the body resistane,clear heat,colaerals and dampnes'to dispel pathogens.In this paper,Ningbi Baoshen decoction wasdivided into medicine groups acording o the treament mcthod,and the function and mechanism ofreducing uric acid and protcting kidneyby medicine taste were described,in order to provide ideas for clinical Chinese medicine to treat bypenuricemia nephropathy。
