基于复杂网络分析中药治疗耳鸣核心方药及配伍规律  

Analysis on the Core Prescriptions and Compatibility Rules of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Tinnitus Based on Complex Network

摘　　要：目的总结中药治疗耳鸣的核心方药及配伍规律。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库中关于中药治疗耳鸣的临床研究文献。建立处方及药物信息数据库,统计药物频次及功效分类,并对其进行复杂网络分析。结果最终获取103首方剂,应用中药151味,总频次为1142次,涉及补虚药、活血化瘀药等17类药物。频次前3位中药为石菖蒲(63)、柴胡(45)、当归(42)。通过复杂网络分析得出,常用药对频次前3位为石菖蒲-丹参、石菖蒲-柴胡、石菖蒲-葛根,核心处方为石菖蒲、熟地黄、山萸肉、山药、柴胡、葛根、川芎、丹参、磁石。结论中药治疗耳鸣主要以益气升阳为主,核心药物为石菖蒲、柴胡等,并常加用补益肝肾或行气活血或健脾养心或平肝潜阳药物。Objective To summarize the core prescriptions and compatibility rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of tinnitus.Methods We conducted a comprehensive search in Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed,Web of Science,and other databases for clinical research articles on TCM treatment of tinnitus.A database of prescriptions and medication information was established,and the frequency and efficacy classification of the medicines were analyzed.Complex network analysis was performed to explore the medication patterns.Results A total of 103 prescriptions involving 151 Chinese medicines were included in the study,with a total frequency of 1142 occurrences.These prescriptions covered 17 categories of medicines,including tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation,and releasing the exterior syndrome.The top three frequently used Chinese medicines were Shichangpu(63),Chaihu(45),and Danggui(42).The complex network analysis revealed that the most common medication pairs were Shichangpu-Danshen,Shichangpu-Chaihu,and Shichangpu-Gegen.The core prescriptions consisted of Shichangpu,Shudihuang,Shanyurou,Shanyao,Chaihu,Gegen,Chuanxiong,Danshen,and Cishi.Conclusion Chinese medicine in the treatment of tinnitus focuses on tonifying qi and raising yang,with core medicines such as Shichangpu and Chaihu.Additionally,it often involves the use of medicines that tonify the liver and kidneys,promote qi circulation and blood flow,strengthen the spleen and nourish the heart,or calm the liver and suppress yang hyperactivity.
