摘　　要：目的系统评价香砂六君子汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床有效率和安全性。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献(CBM)中有关香砂六君子汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床随机对照试验(RCT),使用Cochrane手册进行风险偏倚评估和质量评价,通过Revman 5.4软件进行Meta分析,利用TSA 0.9软件进行序贯分析。结果纳入14项研究,共1388例患者,Meta分析显示,总有效率、中医证候积分、不良反应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.00001),临床疗效累积Z值曲线穿过了传统界值、TSA界值以及期望信息值RIS,进一步验证香砂六君子汤的有效性。结论香砂六君子汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎更为安全有效,但由于此次纳入文献质量均不高,后续仍需高质量的随机双盲对照试验加以证实。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficiency and safety of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in treating chronic superficial gastritis.Methods We searched the databases[China Network of Knowledge(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang,and China Biomedical Literature(CBM)]for clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT)on the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis by Fragrant Sand Six Gentlemen Soup,assessed the risk of bias and evaluated the quality by using Cochrane's Handbook,and carried out the Meta-analysis by using the software of Revman 5.4,and sequential analysis by using the software of TSA 0.9 software for sequential analysis.Results Fourteen studies with a total of 1388 patients were included,and Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,and adverse reactions were statistically significant(P<0.00001),and the cumulative Z-value curve of clinical efficacy crossed the traditional boundaries,the TSA boundaries,and the expected information value,RIS to further verify the effectiveness of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction.Conclusion Xiangsha LiuJunzi decoction is safer and more effective in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis,due to the low quality of all the literature included in this study,subsequent high-quality randomized,double-blind controlled trials are needed to confirm this.
