基于数据挖掘张树泉教授治疗缺血性中风用药规律

摘　　要：目的挖掘整理张树泉教授治疗缺血性中风的组方和用药规律。方法收集2021年6月—2022年6月在泰安市中医医院张树泉门诊就诊的缺血性中风患者门诊数据,筛选、处理相关病案、处方、用药并录入中医传承计算平台(V 3.0)进行组方规律分析。结果共收集方剂126首,涉及中药106味,频次≥100次的中药共6味,使用频次最多的是石菖蒲,其次是郁金、川芎、当归、茯苓、葛根等;使用频次最高药性为温性药,最高的药味为甘味,归经最多的为心经,最高的药物功效为补虚类药物;设置置信度为0.9时,使用频次≥30次的药物组合20对,得出治疗缺血性中风核心药物组合6组。结论张教授治疗缺血性中风以补肾填精、益气活血、化痰开窍、养阴通络为主,并善于使用药物“集成块”。Objective To sort out Professor Zhang Shuquan's prescription and medication rules in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods Outpatient data of ischemic stroke patients in Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were collected,and relevant medical records,prescriptions and drugs were screened and processed,and input into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(V 3.0)for the analysis of prescription formation rules.Results A total of 126 prescriptions were collected,involving a total of 106 traditional Chinese medicines.There were 6 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency more than 100 times,with Acorus tatarinowii being the most frequently used,followed by Yujin,Chuanxiong,Angelica,Poria cocos,Pueraria lobata,etc.The most frequently used medicine has a warm nature,a sweet taste,a heart meridian with the highest meridian tropism,and a tonifying effect.When the confidence level is set to 0.9,20 pairs of drug combinations with a frequency more than 30times are used to obtain 6 core drug combinations for treating ischemic stroke.Conclusion Professor Zhang Shuquan mainly treats ischemic stroke by“tonifying the kidney and filling the essence,supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation,resolving phlegm and opening the orifices,nourishing yin and unblocking collaterals”,and is skilled in using drug“blockages”.
