《医学正传》煎药水类溶媒探微

摘　　要：不同的煎药水类溶媒有不同的性用,影响中药方剂的临床疗效。参照虞抟在《医学正传》中对煎药用水的论述和应用。温汤水载阳运达四肢,顺流水、急流水性下治疗下焦膝腿之病,井花水以纯净澄澈滋阴清热解毒,百沸汤以发散之性助阳行经络,长流水远而通达以通利二便,逆流水性逆倒流以涌吐,新汲水广泛应用于清热辟秽醒神方,春雨水以升发之性升提中气滋养万物,秋露水以肃杀之性杀癞虫疥癣诸虫,菊英水有延年益寿之功。结合历代医家的论述和现代研究成果,阐述煎药水类溶媒的多变性和选取适合溶媒的必要性,以及对中医药古方今用传承的重要性。Different decocting water menstruum has different properties,which affect the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.With reference to Yu Tuan's discussion and application of aqueous menstruum in Yixue Zhengzhuan,combined with the discussion of doctors in past dynasties and modern research results.The warming water carries yang to the limbs,and the water of the downstream is used to treat the disease of the lower jiao knee and leg.The well water is purified and clear to nourish yin,clear heat and detoxify.The boil water helps yang to move meridians and collaterals with divergent nature.The long-flowing water is far and accessible to facilitate urination and defecation,and the reverse flow of water is used to spit.The new water is widely used in clearing heat,removing turbidity and awakening the spirit.The spring rain water raises the middle qi to nourish all things,and the autumn dew water kills the insects and scabies with the nature of killing,and the Juying water prolongs life.This paper expounded the variability of decocting water menstruum and the necessity of selecting suitable menstruum,and the importance of inheriting the ancient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.
