摘  要:张锡纯,近代中西医汇通代表人物之一,尤擅论治脾胃病,所创制的食疗方颇有特色,其组方用药多使用生山药、鸡内金、大枣等药食兼备之品,既可疗疾,又可健体,形成了固护中州,甘淡养脾等独特思想体系。此文主要以脾胃病论治思想为切入点,分析各食疗方治疗脾胃疾病的治法原则及用药特点,为临床诊疗提供思路。Zhang Xichun,one of the representatives of the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in modern times,is especially good at treating spleen and stomach diseases.The therapeutic prescriptions he created are quite distinctive.His prescriptions mostly use raw yam,endothelium corneum gigeriae Galli,jujube and other products with both medicine and food,which can not only cure diseases,but also strengthen the body.In addition,formed a unique ideological system of protecting Zhongzhou,nourishing spleen and so on.Based on the thought of treating spleen and stomach diseases,this paper analyzed the therapeutic principles and medication characteristics of various therapeutic prescriptions for treating spleen and stomach diseases,and provides ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
