摘　　要：特发性肺间质纤维化为呼吸系统的多发病及疑难病,以弥漫性肺泡炎以及肺泡结构破坏为特征,以呼吸困难为主要临床表现,属中医“肺痹、肺痿”范畴。其病因繁多,病机复杂,治疗手段有限且疗效不确切。周兆山教授多年来从事呼吸系统疾病的中西医诊治研究,在特发性肺间质纤维化的中医辨证施治方面具有丰富的经验,认为湿邪是其主要致病因素。此文依据周教授多年临床经验从湿邪来源、致病机制、湿邪防治,探讨从湿论治特发性肺间质纤维化的理论依据,为中医治疗特发性肺间质纤维化提供新的诊疗思路。Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a prevalent and challenging respiratory disease,characterized by diffuse alveolitis and destruction of pulmonary alveoli,with dyspnea as the primary clinical manifestation.It aligns with traditional Chinese medicine's concepts of“pulmonary obstruction”and“pulmonary atrophy”.The multifactorial etiology and intricate pathogenesis contribute to limited treatment options and uncertain efficacy.Professor Zhou Zhaoshan has dedicated years to researching the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases using both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.With extensive experience in applying traditional Chinese medicine for IPF,he identifies dampness as the principal pathogenic factor.This article delved into the theoretical foundation for treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis from a dampness perspective based on Professor Zhou's clinical expertise,encompassing sources of dampness,its pathogenic mechanism,and strategies for prevention and treatment.
