十七味大活血胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后残留腰痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究十七味大活血胶囊治疗腰椎椎间盘突出症患者术后残留腰痛临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月芜湖市中医医院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症(气滞血瘀型)患者,随机分为对照组(采用经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术治疗)与治疗组(采用经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术联合十七味大活血胶囊治疗),各30例。对比2组临床疗效、血清白介素-6、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、血清超敏C反应蛋白及腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)的数值变化情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分、ODI评分、血清白介素-6、血清超敏C反应蛋白含量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论十七味大活血胶囊能缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者术后残留疼痛,改善患者腰椎功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shiqiwei Dahuoxue capsule on postoperative residual low back pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)admitted to Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group of 30 cases(percutaneous foraminal nucleus pulposus extraction)and treatment group of 30 cases(percutaneous foraminal nucleus pulposus extraction combined with Shiqiwei Dahuoxue capsule).The clinical efficacy,serum interleukin-6,visual analogue scale(VAS),serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein and lumbar dysfunction index(ODI)of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score,ODI score,serum interleukin-6 and serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein contents in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shiqiwei Dahuoxue capsule can relieve residual pain and improve lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
