摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压丸辅助治疗外伤肢体疼痛的效果,为耳穴压丸镇痛提供临床依据。方法选取北京市朝阳区紧急医疗救援中心肢体外伤患者100例,采用随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。2组均在止血、包扎、固定之前和之后、3 min和6 min之后进行4次疼痛评分,治疗组在对照组基础上加耳穴压丸治疗。比较2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法及疼痛缓解标准评分表评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组疼痛程度积分及疼痛缓解积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间2组均未发生不良反应。结论耳穴压丸辅助治疗外伤肢体疼痛,安全有效,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupoint pressing pills in the treatment of traumatic limb pain,and to provide clinical evidence for pain relief using auricular acupoint pressing pills.Methods A study was selected in Beijing Chaoyang District Emergency Medical Rescue Center,involving 100 patients with limb trauma.Using a randomized controlled study method,the patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups underwent four pain assessments before and after hemostasis,bandaging,and immobilization,as well as 3 minutes and 6 minutes later.The treatment group received auricular acupoint pressing pills in addition to the conventional treatment on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale for pain and the pain relief grading scale were used to compare the scores before and after treatment between the two groups,as well as to evaluate clinical effectiveness and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of pain degree and pain relief in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing pills is safe and effective in treating traumatic limb pain,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
