摘　　要：胃食管反流是临床上一种常见的消化系统疾病,属中医“吐酸、嘈杂、食管瘅、嗳气”等范畴。病机以脾虚不运、肾精亏虚为本,肝郁气逆为标,乃本虚标实之证。其基本治则为疏肝理气、健脾和胃、补肾益精。陈华德教授基于“天地人”三部配穴理论,谨守“天人合一”思想,治疗时重视标本兼治,利用针刺疗法有效改善胃食管反流。该文介绍其诊疗思路,并附典型医案1则。Gastroesophageal reflux,“acid regurgitation,gastric discomfort,esophageal disease and ructus”is attributed to spleen weakness,kidney essence deficiency,liver deficiency,and qi reversal.Treatment principles include dredging the liver and regulating qi,strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach,and tonifying the kidney and benefiting essence.Based on the theory of“heaven,earth,and man”and the idea of“unity of heaven and man”.Professor Chen Huade emphasizes on treating both the symptoms and the root cause of gastroesophageal reflux,and uses acupuncture therapy to effectively improve gastroesophageal reflux.The article described his diagnostic and therapeutic ideas,and attached the one typical medical cases.
