清咳利咽汤联合西药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪犯肺证临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清咳利咽汤联合西药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将2022年2月—2024年2月界首市中医院PCCM科92例诊断为咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪犯肺证的门诊患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各46例。对照组予以西医常规治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用清咳利咽汤。2组均治疗2周后并停止治疗2周,对比2组治疗前后临床疗效、炎性指标与不良反应情况等。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IgE、FeNO明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽证候积分、中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清咳利咽汤联合西药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效明显,可较好改善该类患者气道炎性指标,减轻患者症状,降低患者复发次数,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingke Liyan decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of syndrome of wind pathogen invading lung of cough variant asthma.Methods From February 2022 to February 2024,92 outpatients diagnosed with syndrome of wind pathogen invading lung of cough variant asthma in PCCM department of Jieshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment.The observation group was treated with Qingke Liyan decoction on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks of cessation of treatment,the clinical efficacy,inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IgE and FeNO levels in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the cough pattern score and TCM pattern score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the number of recurrences in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Qingke Liyan decoction combined with Western medicine in treating cough variant asthma is obvious,which can improve the airway inflammatory index of such patients,reduce the symptoms,reduce the number of recurrence of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
