小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗儿童大叶性肺炎支原体肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小儿肺热咳喘口服液在儿童大叶性肺炎支原体肺炎的临床应用效果。方法选取160例大叶性肺炎患儿,随机分成对照组与观察组,各80例。对照组予阿奇霉素静脉滴注,观察组加用小儿肺热咳喘口服液,观察2组患儿疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较前均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状及体征消失时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿血清炎症因子明显下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应率均较低(P>0.05)。结论小儿肺热咳喘口服液可有效改善大叶性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床症状及体征,减轻炎症反应,且不良反应率低。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid in children with lobar mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods In this study,160 children with lobar pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous azithromycin,and the observation group was given Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid.The curative effect of two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in 2 groups were lower than before,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms and signs in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Serum inflammatory factors in 2 groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of 2 groups was lower(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of lobar pneumonia in children,reduce inflammatory response,and the adverse reaction rate is low.
