六味地黄丸从肾论治糖尿病研究进展

摘  要:糖尿病是胰岛素的分泌与作用缺陷导致,以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。长期高血糖通常会累及各种组织与器官,严重影响患者的生活质量和生命健康。糖尿病属于中医“消渴”范畴,阴虚燥热为其重要病机,肾为发病的重要病位。六味地黄丸出自钱乙所著的《小儿药证直诀》,具有滋补肾阴,清降虚火的功效。该方在临床上的广泛运用表明,六味地黄丸能显著改善糖尿病患者血糖,并有效缓解并发症。此文就六味地黄丸从肾论治糖尿病的理论基础和临床应用特点进行归纳总结,力求为糖尿病的临床治疗提供参考。Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemia,which is caused by defects in the secretion and action of insulin.Long-term hyperglycemia usually affects various tissues and organs,seriously affecting the quality of life and life and health of patients.Diabetes belongs to the category of consumptive thirst in traditional Chinese medicine,with yin deficiency and dryness heat as its important pathogenesis,and kidney as an important disease location.Liuwei Dihuang pill comes from the Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue written by Qian Yi,which has the effect of nourishing kidney yin and clearing and lowering false fire.The extensive clinical application of this prescription showed that Liuwei Dihuang pill can significantly improve the blood sugar of diabetic patients and effectively alleviate complications.This article summarized the theoretical basis and clinical application characteristics of Liuwei Dihuang pill from the kidney theory for the treatment of diabetes,and strived to provide reference for the clinical treatment of diabetes.
