摘　　要：蓄血证首见于张仲景《伤寒论》中,分为太阳蓄血证和阳明蓄血证,后世明清温病学家再创温病蓄血证。古今医家对于蓄血证的认识及其临床应用各不相同。此文考究各家之言,整理得出蓄血部位可在膀胱、少腹、胃肠、胞宫。蓄血证症状中小便可自利也可不利,临床需辨证施治。现代医学的消化系统疾病、肿瘤、男科疾病、妇科疾病、泌尿系统疾病、神志病、骨科疾病、血管疾病等也常运用蓄血证理论及其相应方剂进行辨证论治。The blood storage syndrome was first seen in Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,which was divided into Taiyang blood storage syndrome and Yangming blood storage syndrome.The febrile epidemiologist in Ming and Qing Dynasties re-created febrile disease blood storage syndrome.Ancient and modern doctors have different understanding of blood storage syndrome and its clinical application.In this paper,after studying the opinions of various families,it is concluded that the blood storage sites can be in bladder,oligogastric,gastrointestinal and uterine.Urination in the symptoms of blood storage syndrome can be self-beneficial or disadvantageous,and clinical treatment needs differentiation.In modern medicine,digestive system diseases,tumor,male diseases,gynecological diseases,urinary system diseases,mental diseases,orthopedic diseases,vascular diseases,etc.,are often treated by the theory of blood storage syndrome and its corresponding prescriptions.
