摘　　要：原发性高血压是临床常见的心血管疾病,是目前全球发病率最高的疾病之一,能够引起多个靶器官损害。失眠是高血压病常见合并症,长期失眠可导致高血压病发病风险增加。西医治疗原发性高血压合并失眠主要采用降压药联合镇静安眠药,然而安眠药成瘾性和耐受性,易出现戒断现象及反跳性失眠等仍是困扰多数患者的问题。近年来随着中医药事业获得长足发展,中医治疗原发性高血压合并失眠的临床实践中取得良好效果,文章浅析临床报道的原发性高血压伴失眠患者的主要证型,以便于临证论治。Essential hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease and one of the most common diseases in the world,which can cause damage to multiple target organs.Insomnia is a common complication of hypertension,and long-term insomnia can lead to an increased risk of hypertension.Western medicine mainly uses antihypertensive drugs combined with sedative sleeping pills to treat hypertension and insomnia,but the addiction and tolerance of sleeping pills,withdrawal phenomenon and rebound insomnia are still problems plaguing most patients.In recent years,with the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the clinical practice of treating hypertension combined with insomnia.
